Ryan and Lauren {Trash the Dress- Part 2}

FILED IN: Weddings

This is Part 2 of Ryan and Lauren’s Trash the Dress session. While I loved Part 1, Part 2 was especially fun for David and I to shoot because it was unlike anything we had ever done before. When Lauren gave me somewhat free reign on deciding what to do for the shoot, this idea immediately came to mind. I have had the inspiration to do an edgy, more artsy, city shoot for quite some time now. A Trash the Dress was the perfect shoot for it. After Wash Park, we headed into downtown where Ryan and Lauren pulled out all the stops. They were sitting on dumpsters, laying in alleyways, posing with graffiti and sitting on loading docks. Lauren never complained once about facing these less than sanitary objects in her wedding dress. Ryan and Lauren, we had the best time doing this shoot! You guys rock, enjoy the pics!!

Getting Lauren up on that dumpster while wearing her dress was harder than you might think.

LOVE

It’s so fun to find beauty in unexpected places.

What society might try to cover up can become the most beautiful art when viewed in a different way. I love the juxtaposition here.

Lauren you look like a model here!

I couldn’t get enough of Lauren’s purple shoes and Ryan’s argyle socks!

    This the first real “trash” the dress where I think she may have actually trashed it! Some great edgey shots with the graffiti!
