Right before our big move, three of my best girlfriends and I took off on a trip to New York City! Kind of like a last hurrah if you will. I had never been to NYC, so what better way to see it then with your three best friends? Since it was both Kristin and my first time to New York we did all the touristy things: Times Square, a Broadway Show, Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Serendipity, Greenwhich Village, NYU, walked the Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty, etc. Before we left on our trip, our mom’s had been joking…”It will be like Sex in the City 3!” We laughed at our moms for this, but it kind of became an ongoing anthem on the trip…”Sex in the City 3!” we would intermittently shout out. Sarah, Krit, Tiff: I had such a blast with you girls and am so thankful to have such wonderful friends who have stood by me throughout all these years and I know will continue to do so for the rest of my life. Our New York City trip is definitely being added to the long list of FUN memories we all have together. Love you girls!

Serendipity’s famous Frozen Hot Chocolate was delicious, BUT the hot fudge peanut butter sundae…TO DIE FOR. We all agreed this sundae was hands down the best thing we had ever tasted. No joke.
