I have the cutest wedding to share with you today!! At the end of July, David and I had the pleasure of visiting Salida, CO for the first time for Chris and Meagen’s wedding. Salida is a quaint mountain town located right on the Arkansas River, where all the locals love to kayak. This small town served as the perfect backdrop for this home spun wedding. Between the bride Maegen and Stephanie from Firefly Designs, not one single detail was overlooked! So much thought, effort and care was put into every part of this wedding that it really translated into the couple’s perfect day. The couple exchanged their vows in a Ceremony at Riverside Park right along the river. From there a parade complete with chinese yo-yos, balloons and the couple’s daughter being pulled in a Radio Flyer wagon with a sign “Here Comes the Bride” led guests over to the reception venue the Salida Steamplant. There they were greeted with cocktails, dinner, dancing and a TON of homemade treats to end a perfect day. Chris and Maegen, what a fabulous day and party your wedding was!! We hope the photos reflect that and are something that bring you joy in the years to come.

Really cute! Great job Steph! I don’t know how the bride was able to do so much including baking right before the wedding and still look so beautiful in all the shots! It all looks worth it!
Maegen and Chris… what a beautiful wedding and I can see all the love that went in to all the planning…you are an amazing young woman and I must say you take after your gramma…hahaha!!!
