In light of the new Alice in Wonderland movie coming out today, I thought it was perfect timing to post our Alice in Wonderland Engagement Tea Party. In anticipation of the film, Bri at Belle Shea Salon had the wonderful vision of an Engagement Party with an Alice in Wonderland/Mad Hatter Tea Party twist. What a fun and creative idea to celebrate your engagement with all your friends! This funky, whimsical and somewhat psychedelic theme of course allowed for some incredible hair and make-up by Bri. Our Alice, Mad Hatter, White Rabbit and Queen of Hearts characters all enabled her to experiment with fun and different looks. Her and Lauren from Belle Shea Salon killed it with the set up and we could not have had a more perfect backdrop with this AMAZING storybook-like tree. A lot of the cool decor was provided by Kristina Hunt Howe from Key Events. The exquisite collection of Alice in Wonderland themed cookies were created by Sugardough Cookie. The colorful and funky cake with gold keys scattered across the top was made by Margaret from Baker Loves Cake. All the paper goods and calligraphy were by Katie Rogers.
