Hey everyone! I’m back today after some time off having our son, Parker! He is such an amazing blessing and SOO adorable, David and I fall more in love with him every day. There will be MANY more pics and updates of the little guy on here in the future.
For today’s post, I have a cute CU engagement session to share with you. Go BUFFS! I have always wanted to shoot on the CU campus, not only because it is David’s and my Alma Mater and holds a special place in our hearts, but also because it is a beautiful school and the architecture is amazing! Ryan and Michelle both went to CU and met the winter of their Sophomore year. They met through mutual friends at a party and bonded over the fact that they were the designated drivers for the night. They were both going skiing the next day, Ryan with his brother and Michelle with her dad, so they found out right away that they both loved to ski. Ryan called Michelle a few days later and their first date was at Buchanan’s Coffee House, a staple on “The Hill” in Boulder. Buchanan’s continued to be a special place for them because about a year and a half later after Michelle was done studying abroad, she flew back early from England and surprised Ryan at Buchanan’s. Since Boulder holds a lot of fun memories for the couple of college and meeting each other, we started the shoot on the CU campus and then headed to Buchanan’s and “The Hill” to end the night. Ryan and Michelle, we had a blast getting to know you guys better and thanks for the delicious latte! We’re so excited for your wedding downtown a month from today!
