Over Labor Day weekend we had the pleasure of traveling to the East Coast for Rob and Katerina’s Cape Cod Wedding, as you may know if you saw my trip photos #1, #2, #3. The wedding took place in the beautiful Cape town of Falmouth, MA. The day began at a beach front cottage where Katerina and her girls got ready. It was such a picturesque setting we decided to take some photos of the ladies there. It was a bit windy, but the girls were troopers and I think the wind gives some movement and life to the photos. We then headed over to St. Thomas Chapel where the boys were waiting. Katerina was the picture of calm and beauty, she was such a stunning bride walking down the aisle. This was evidenced in the expression on Rob’s face the first time he saw her. After the couple said “I Do”, we headed to Falmouth Heights beach for some portraits of the Bride and Groom. Again it was SUPER windy, but I am kind of LOVING what it did with Katerina’s veil and dress. Wind can be really difficult to work with during photos, but in this case it paid off! We ended the day at Ballymeade Country Club where the Reception was held. There was some beautiful golden light when we arrived so we snapped a few more photos of the Bridal Party and Rob and Katerina. Then, together with their family and friends, they partied the night away and celebrated their new life together. Congratulations Rob and Katerina! It was such a beautiful Wedding and David and I were so happy to be apart of it.
