Colorado summer days in the mountains are some of my favorite. Nothing beats the fresh mountain air, feeling so small amidst the grandiose peaks, green pine trees surrounding you everywhere you look and that blue blue Colorado sky and sunshine! Two weekends ago we were lucky enough to shoot Ivan and Maggie’s wedding in beautiful Evergreen at The Meadows at Marshdale. They couldn’t have asked for a more photogenic setting. We had such a great time celebrating this couple and documenting their love story. They had such a cool and easy going bridal party that it made our job easy and FUN! Ivan and his best man Josh pretty much had us cracking up the entire day. And the food. Oh my gosh the food was to die for. Let me just say we go to a lot of weddings but the food at this wedding stood out to us because it was unique and DELICIOUS. The Pinche Tacos food truck came with chips, guacamole and the best street tacos you have ever tasted. Yum yum and yum. The meal was complete with two Mexican inspired signature cocktails: the Jalisco Donkey Show and Pinche Paloma. Guests lived it up and danced the night away under string bulbs as the sun set behind the mountains. It was a perfect day to celebrate Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Orsic!!
