Well it’s hard to believe, but I am 8 months pregnant!! Looking back, the time really has gone by fast and been such a whirlwind! God gives you 9 months to prepare, and thank goodness because we are still not ready for the little one to come….I feel like there is still so much to do! But at the same time, I couldn’t be more ready to meet him and see his little face! I cannot even imagine how AMAZING that moment will be. David and I are filled with every type of emotion: excitement, fear, nervousness and just plain awe.
This past weekend my mom was visiting from California. It was great to have her here for my wonderful Colorado baby shower and enjoy the Colorado Fall! We had some fun shopping for the baby and enjoying some of my last days before being a mommy. On Sunday, we took her and the dogs on a little day trip up to Estes Park which was beautiful and very relaxing. Here are a few of the pics….and yes I know I am HUGE! Thank goodness not too much longer….
