A Visit to Our Nation’s Capitol {DC}

Last week David and I had the privilege of going to Washington DC for an engagement shoot. David had never been to DC and I had only been for one day when I was 13, so needless to say we were both very excited for the opportunity! The weather was beautiful, 70’s and sunny, and we had a blast exploring our nation’s capitol. We definitely got our workout walking all around the National Mall, Arlington Cemetery, Dupont Circle and last but not least Georgetown. Our highlight was getting to finally meet our couple, Ashley and Dylan, who are getting married in June at the Viansa Winery in Sonoma, SO EXCITED! Thanks you two for FORCING us to go shoot in really awesome places. Ashley and Dylan live in DC and had their hearts set on having their engagement photos there….my response to that: yes please. More on this FUN and great couple later when I post their pics, but we were so happy to be shown around by locals and get to hang out with them! Enjoy a little overview of our time in DC!!
